I am an ethnographer, researcher, writer, bicyclist, hiker (PCT 2013, AT 2008), Portland Thorns fan, sci-fi/fantasy reader, and novice ceramist. I know how to write software, and I once had a job designing custom textiles and furniture. I live with my partner, Luke Olbrish, in Portland, Oregon by way of California, New Mexico, and Georgia.  » Bio « 

I currently work (remotely) for the Department of Information Science at CU Boulder. I have a PhD in Information and Computer Science from UC Irvine, an MS in Human-Computer Interaction from GA Tech, and a BS in Computer Science also from GA Tech.  » CV «
